Terms of Service

Cubiq Solutions provides high-performance web development, mobile app engineering, UI/UX design, custom software consulting, and technical maintenance. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements are defined in mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) documents or project agreements.

Unless otherwise specified in a custom contract, upon full payment of project milestone fees, all custom source code, UI designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client belong entirely to the client. Cubiq Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable code libraries used during construction.

Services are billed according to agreed milestone schedules, hourly consulting rates, or monthly retainer agreements. Invoices are payable upon receipt or within the stipulated terms. Cubiq Solutions reserves the right to suspend active project development or staging deployments if invoices are overdue.

We deliver software following modern industry best practices and thorough QA testing. We offer a standard post-launch bug fix guarantee period as specified in your agreement. Cubiq Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting failures, API changes, or unauthorized client-side modifications.
